This policy explains how Soogev ("Soogev", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you interact with us through our website chat, WhatsApp Business number, or Facebook Messenger page (together, the "Services"). Soogev provides AI-assisted vehicle and spare-parts information and customer support for a Chinese-vehicle export/parts business serving the Middle East.

Information we collect

We do not receive your Facebook profile, friends list, or any Facebook data beyond what Meta provides to page/app operators for responding to a conversation you started with us.

How we use your information

• To answer your questions about vehicles, specifications, and spare parts, and to generate replies using an AI chat engine.
• To maintain conversation context across follow-up messages in the same chat.
• To improve the accuracy of our knowledge base and troubleshoot problems with the Services.
• To detect and prevent abuse of our systems (for example, rate-limiting or blocking automated spam).

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your information to third parties.

How your messages are processed — third parties

To generate answers, the text of your messages is sent to the following processors on our behalf:

• Meta Platforms, Inc. — transports your WhatsApp and Messenger messages to and from us, under Meta's own privacy policy.
• Moonshot AI (Beijing Dark Side of the Moon Technology Co., Ltd.) — the AI provider (product name "Kimi") that generates the text of the answers you receive. This means the content of your message is transmitted to and processed by a company based in China in order to produce a reply. We do not send your WhatsApp phone number or Facebook user ID to this provider — only the message text and, where relevant, prior messages in the same conversation for context.
• When we don't have an answer in our own knowledge base, we may perform a live web search to help answer your question; the search terms derived from your message may be sent to public search engines for this purpose.

Where your information is stored

Conversation records, uploaded documents, and message metadata are stored on servers we operate for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, respond to follow-up questions, and maintain support history. Some short-lived caches used purely to speed up repeat answers are automatically deleted after a few days.

Your choices and rights

• You can stop messaging our WhatsApp number or Facebook Page at any time.
• You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a copy of it, or request that we delete it, by contacting us at the email address below.
• You can block or unfollow our Facebook Page, or block our WhatsApp number, using the controls provided by WhatsApp/Facebook.

We will respond to requests within a reasonable time. We may need to verify your identity (for example, confirming you are messaging from the same phone number or account) before acting on a request.

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and secret rotation — to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

Our Services are intended for business and consumer inquiries about vehicles and spare parts and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as our Services change. We will update the "last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
